What are Lollies?
Lollies are our handcrafted edible-printed lollipops made with premium, sugar-free ingredients. Each one can feature your chosen logo, photo, or design, making them the perfect edible keepsakes for events, gifts, and brand promotions.

What are Kissies?
Kissies are our smaller, individually wrapped candies that can also be custom-printed with your design. The back sticker can even include your message, date, or logo - perfect for “thank you” tokens, brand giveaways, or milestone celebrations.

What are Single Pour Lollies?
Our Single Pour Lollies feature your edible image printed right on the candy’s surface, not inside. They’re thinner, lighter, and perfect for sleek event giveaways or promos.

Are Lollies and Kissies sugar-free?
Yes! All LollyKiss creations are sugar-free and made with premium ingredients only because we believe sweetness (however mild) should be guilt-free and high-quality.

Do they melt or get sticky?
Our candies are carefully crafted and sealed to stay fresh and smooth. We don’t use additives or preservatives, so they can become sticky once unwrapped. Just keep them in a cool, dry place (away from direct sunlight or heat) and they’ll stay perfect until your big day! No need to refrigerate!

Can you make Lollies and Kissies sweeter or make other flavors?
No. As extensive testing is needed for any flavor adjustments, we currently do not offer other flavors.

💌 Orders & Customization

Can I order just a few pieces?
Yes! We have no minimum order for our Lollies. For single pour and our colored Lollies, the minimum is 100 pieces — still at no additional cost! 
For Kissies, the minimum order is 50 pieces.

Can you print any image or logo?
Absolutely! Whether it’s your company logo, event design, or a fun photo, we’ll make sure it prints beautifully. Just upload a clear, high-resolution image when ordering.

Can I request custom candy colors?
Yes! We can color-match your event or brand palette for both Lollies and Kissies. Just include your color request in the notes section or message us before checkout.
Minimum of 500 pieces for Kissies and 100 pieces for Lollies applies for custom candy colors.

Can I personalize the packaging?
For Kissies, yes! The back sticker can include short custom text (like “Thank you for celebrating with us!” or “Jihoon’s 1st Birthday – 11.22.25”) in black print only.
For Lollies, we can personalize the small sticker on the front of the vacuum-sealed packaging, also in black print only.

Can you handle large or corporate orders?
Definitely. We specialize in event and corporate orders. If you’re planning a bulk order or need branded designs, visit our Corporate page or email us directly so we can help you plan the perfect batch.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship nationwide and worldwide?
Yes! We ship nationwide across the Philippines and internationally. Shipping fees and timelines vary depending on your location.

Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes! At checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date so your Lollies and Kissies arrive right on time for your event.

How long is the lead time?
Please allow 5–7 business days for production, depending on order size and design complexity. For bulk or international orders, we recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks ahead.

💳 Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept manual payments via QR scan (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer - BPI or GoTyme). 
You’ll see our QR code and full instructions after checkout. Just scan, pay, and reply to your order confirmation email with your payment screenshot.

Can I get an invoice for my company?
Of course! Just let us know upon checkout or email us directly, and we’ll issue an official invoice or acknowledgment receipt.

✨ Care & Storage

How long do they last?
Lollies and Kissies stay fresh for up to at least a year when stored properly — sealed, cool, and dry.

How should I store them?
Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from heat or humidity. Avoid refrigeration to prevent condensation.
